Could it be an issue with the rail or joycon connector since you say it works fine in Bluetooth mode? Maybe some dirty contacts or bent pins?

Damn, i just noticed my switch is damaged in 2 places near tablet rail xD but rail looks itself not broken,
so that the reason why left joycon cant be dedected by console at handheld mode. Well got 2 daughters one is 6 year old and second is 2 year old. Any chance to find somewhere left tablet rail replament and how hard it will
be to repair it by myself or mby better give it to some post-warranty repair service ?

Well if the rail is indeed the problem (in the image I can only see that the back cover has pieces broken off), you should be able to replace it fairly easily with the right screwdrivers :)
ifixit sells all kinds of replacement parts for the switch (joy con rail e.g.: https://www.ifixit.com/Store/Game-Console/Nintendo-Switch-Left-Joy-Con-Sensor-Rail/IF378-021?o=2, and they also have the back cover), but ebay can also be a good stop for spare parts.
The required screwdrivers are Phillips 00 and Y00.

buy replacement parts from replacebase. they have the only ones that worked for me. all the other replacement parts providers sent me working right ones, but broken left ones (i have like 9 pairs of rails here lol. DM me if you want some of them)
