Hi all, I just spent the whole day googling and reading, but I can't find a solution - sorry if it's obvious.

I bought an unpatched Switch and a RCM Loader. I managed to boot atmosphere, install some games and used the console for two days.
Day one - all fine, played in mobile mode.
Day two - I played in docked mode, after finishing I manually turned off the console (at least I though I did it - pressed the power button for 10+ seconds, screen went blank). I did some other stuff and noticed, that the screen is lit with some sort of error code, which I didn't write down. I pulled it out from the dock, pressed the power button until it turned off. Since then, I'm stuck at the Switch boot logo, either with or without the RCM Loader. The dock and the charger are original Nintendo equipment (I double checked).

I tried formatting the SD Card (exFAT) and copying the payload again, newest release, without effect.

I can enter RCM and inject Hekate.

I didn't do any backup.

Firmware - 9.1.0, which was installed as I bought the console. Since I couldn't access the nintendo e-shop from the beginning, I assume the console was already banned when I bought it (correct?)

What can I do? I found a tutorial on Youtube, which I'm thinking of using, but don't know if it's a good idea, since it covers a blue screen error, not the stuck boot logo error:

If someone can redirect me to a thread, tutorial etc. which could help me out, I'd be really grateful :). As I wrote above, I can't find anything on my own. Any help appreciated.

It was the newest Atmosphere. I tried formatting the card and copying the CFW again, wihtout effect.

Forgot to mention - the dock and the charger are Nintendo original, I edited the first post.

Never use exFAT because it will get corrupted. Always use FAT32

All right, I tried a few other things, maybe I'm getting closer to fixing it, or confirming the console is bricked :)

I formatted the sd card to FAT32, and checked it with a programme - it's not corrupted. Still the console is stuck at the Switch logo.

Today I did the backups as described here: https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/user_guide/emummc/making_emummc/
and tried rebuilding NAND according to sthetix: https://www.sthetix.info/news/nintendo-switch/unbricking-the-nintendo-switch-by-rebuilding-the-nand
closing to the end of the video (about 16:55), when I'm supposed to launch the firmware, I get this error screen (red text on black sreen) :no mandatory secmon or warmboot provided!
Failed to launch HOS!

press any key -> which brings me back to Hekate menu.

Any advice?

are you sure you´re in the right menu? for some reason your switch fails to read the hekate config file. Are you using a mac for any chance?

I'm using windows 10. Which menu I'm supposed to be in? I inject Hekate payload and try to launch the cfw according to this video: (16:40)

Can you boot normally without CFW?

No, I can't. I can only inject Hekate, do the backups, mount partitions, get & insert keys etc.
