Homebrew Question Switching from emummc to sys cfw

So I know if you want to switch from emummc to sys cfw you need to edit the config file but I was wondering is there a way to do that without having to keep taking your sd card out and putting it in your computer to do it

Launch has 3 options

Stock
Emummc
Sysnand
