Some changes made in PicodriveDS emulator to adapt it to GameBoy Macro.

Changes:
- Just after loading a game, debug screen goes up, and emulation goes down.
- Just after pressing SELECT button (to select another rom to load), emulation goes up and menu goes down.
- Just after pressing X button (to load/save state), emulation goes up and menu goes down
- Now, the program tries to read folder "/md/" as default rom location. If it fails, goes to "/" automatically
