PiratePack is outdated, it's not maintained anymore and it probably uses an older Tinfoil or TinfoilMod, both are unsupported.

Mines is 8.0 or 8.1 I dont remember well I remember I had to delete my other folders and copy everything and it worked just copying it by itself wouldn't work. And yeah I had heard about the lawsuits for them wanting to jump ship. But I mostly use my NSP files so im good on that. But from my experience why do ppl update CFW ?? I mean the original 9.1.0 release from atmosphere should be good right. Now unless you use cheats and etc.. I wouldn't know

Hi. I still don't understand one thing.

I have an emunand with incognito installed (because I play on original clean Sysnand and i don't want to be banned there). If I modify the hekate_ipl.ini with that string of code for the Kip file that Hgbshop requires, can somehow touch my Sysnand? I want to avoid that.

Does anyone by any chance have a copy of the joonie86 and kosmos patches file or an alternative way to install tinfoil with hekate?
I don't mind using another installer, but I like the fact that I can download and install straight from the Internet with Tinfoil

Tinfoil works fine when booting from Hekate, so long as you use payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin
