Homebrew Nintendo 3ds Format System Memory Help

Good day everyone!
I came here today to ask how can i get back my 3ds to install .cia files since i did a Format System Memory while having LUMA3DS 6.6 and im on Ver. 11.13.0-45U
I can still open some stuff that was previously

This appears when i press start and turn on the 3ds:

And when i press select i get this:

And im just trying to inject the fbi into the health and security but i dont have the files in the SD, its been so long since i did it and i cant remember where to find the files. please someone help me.

First things first, update B9S and the lastest everything because you are super outdated!

Once you've updated to B9S, this part of the guide shows you how to install CIAs

You don't need Decrypt9 nor Hourglass9 as GM9 does everything those two did but better

version 6.6 is a really old version of luma

my advice is to update your install first

Thank you very much but one more question, can i get unbanned if i got the pokemon ban thing that happened before? i think the error is 002-0102

That error can be bypassed with a local friend bin but we cant provide them here
