Hello (again).:)

It is the DLDI "Driver".
I used the Default from the List and got this Error Message:

P1360223.JPG

That means I need on for the EZ Flash IV micro SDHC Version.:)

v2.2.0: Goodbye twlnf! (Valentine's Day release)

What's new?
  • NAND browsing is finally added!
The code is from twlnf (by JimmyZ), but for safety reasons, the NAND write code has been removed, so you won't have to worry about locking out Unlaunch installs/updates, or bricking your console.
This makes GodMode9i a safe alternative to twlnf for NAND browsing!
NOTE: This feature is only available for DSi consoles, and may not work without Unlaunch.
  • Added direct access for Acekard 2i with Deep Labyrinth banner.
Bug fix
  • Added NitroFS mounting for other DS(i) ROM filetypes.

Yipiieee! Slow but sure you make the DSi become what it should have been out of the box.

Not being able to safely(!) write to NAND on DSi is a bit of a bummer – compared to the virtually "unbrickable" 3DS. But at least we got read access now.

I can't give you more than a big

Thank you!

Thank you for this great Improvement on the DSi.

I totally "understand" why no NAND WRITE Access....

Thank you.:)

I would love this feature to be added, and i am sure some tech-savvy folks here will find it useful :P

Had you considered implementing it as an optional option that can be made active when needed, or perharps a separate build ?

Thanks !!

If I remember correctly the NAND writing code from twlnf does not work correctly (does not update both FAT copies effectively bringing the file system in a state where a repair tool would be needed).

And we are not even talking about people deleting arbitrary files from their NAND trashing their DSi.

As much as I would like to have R/W access on the NAND, it is far too dangerous even with a protection for vital files. I understand the decision "removing write code". On the 3DS we have B9S surviving normal stupidity, ntrboot for cases of exceptional stupidity as well as things like save NAND restore and CTRTransfer – and EmuNAND is considered to be obsolete since very long because there is "always" a way back.

A DSi on the other side is pretty much dead when something goes wrong (unless a backup exists and the user is willing and able to hardmod).

I am not 100 Percent sure if GodMode9i works directly from any Flashcard.
I think not, that is my Flashcard (with YSmenu on it) and I get the Load Rom Error -4

I load it via TWiLightmenu installed on the Flashcard.:)

Thank you.:)
