So, my classmate gave me a flashcart for the weekend and told me to update a bunch of stuff. @DeadSkullzJr also wants me to dump its firmware, but my problem is that I can't really identify which flashcard it is, nor do I have said classmates phone number so I can't ask him.
Things to note:
- The pins on the back of the flashcart says "SDHC"
- It has no sticker on the front.
- It's a white cartridge
- On the 3DS home menu, it says Metroid Prime Hunters
- It runs Wood akmenu 1.51.1
- I don't think said friend knows how to install Wood R4 skins, so this skin is most likely the default. It has a blackberry case style and says it's from r4isdhc.com
- When I tried to dump the .nds file for DeadSkullzJr from GodMode9, he said it was invalid
- When I tried to dump its firmware from that ntrboot .firm file for the 3DS, my card wasn't supported. When I put the log on debug, here's the cart info:
Now, I'd also like to know a few more things:
- How do I dump its firmware?
- How do I update the firmware so that it works on a DSi? Right now, it gives the "An error has occured" screen
- Where could I find the latest Wood R4 version, if it works for my flashcart?
