I installed hekate on my switch today following this guide exactly:
When booting up with stock SYSNAND everything works fine. But when I boot up with CFW (EMUMMC) I'm unable to access the e-shop, even though I use the incognito mode I installed with this guide:
Furthermore, despite installing my games on my sd card using stock, when using CFW it says I don't have them downloaded.
It does load the most recent nintendo news though.
Does anybody know a possible fix for this?

incognito blocks all connections to nintendo server, so you won't be banned.
you also need sigpatches to run games

There are patches for Atmosphere on the Joonie86 github as well so you just need to link that one ;)

I assume you are using emuNAND? EmuNAND reads the Nintendo folder from SD:\emuMMC\RAW1\Nintendo instead of SD:\Nintendo by default, so if you want something on emuNAND you'll have to move the folder, but if you want to have the game on both sysNAND and emuNAND for some reason, you'll have to make a duplicate of the game to have it in both folders (unless you change the emuNAND config to simply use SD:\Nintendo but Nintendo might be able to detect the unsigned titles installed there and use that to flag people for a ban, its best to keep the sysNAND and emuNAND files completely separate for this reason)

I have a new issue. I'll be honest, I don't know that much about switch hacking. I just followed the guide. But I tried updating Kosmos, and got the error message "failed to launch sept" followed by "failed to launch HOS". Is there a fix for this in simple terms? I'm not able to boot up my CFW or stock.

Nevermind, I fixed it by just deleting all the files and replacing them. This also somehow allowed me to boot up installed games. Thanks for all your help, guys.
