their dl's are public... I haven't paid them a dime. all I did was install their fork of Tinfoil a boom.... also joined their discord for notifications...

Crap I hosted my translation patches there. I'll have to get them again somehow.
Might as well ask here, is it against the rules to post a translation patch that has copied voice and text from the English version? Like just files copied from the English game to be patched on to the Japanese one. It doesn't include the full game of course, just the stuff that needs to be patched.

Ofc their downloads are within the app. Im talking about within their discord. Their links aren't even listed in the HBG channel they only show what they have available{Only donators can see} but no links next to them like they used to. The links are on another channel specifically for donators including a spreadsheet list of all available/updated dumped content. So far only Discord itself has gave HBG a hard time, they had to implement an underground donator group b/c their channel had reset twice. Tinfoil is great, but donators have the ability to gain access to the links and download anything on our PC for various reasons like creating a superXCI or converting nsp. Also we get to see new content ahead of regular app users. Just read the #donate info tab it will sum up everything.

I think people are just sour that 1 of their main sources for Warez has been shut down. Good riddance i say go out & buy your games.
Nintendo has a stronger case against TX because not only do they sell a product that enables piracy by itself, (you need to find sigpatches for atmosphere/kosmos), TX also stole Nintendo code to do so.
As mentioned its limited what Nintendo can do to TX themselves being in China, but they have gone after resellers in various countries, really torn through TX related youtube videos, and got their IPs blocked in the UK recently.

Atmosphere doesn’t actually allow piracy it’s up to the end user to locate the sign patches
