Backing up your saves does not require an emulator they just .sav files so back them up to a folder on your pc

are the save files the same size?

i think vba-m might accept different size game saves, and the ez-flash jr might not.
(some emulators or flashcarts make the saves larger that needed)
there might be a setter in vba-m, to choose the save size? so, when you save, the save is compatable with ez jr.

if vba-m still gives you problems, try using mgb, it's a different, more modern emulator. maybe it will help.

1. I backup my files.
2. I play with it using pc emulator
3. I transfer save file to Junior.
4. The Jr can read files made from pc emulator

That's my problem.

very strange...
what I would do:
get a game (maybe DQM1) in your emulator, and also in the ez flash jr.

start a new game in both and save.
ideally, the 2 saves (1 on pc, 1 on gb) will be identical.
upload both files here, and I will see if there is any difference. (i will use a hex editor on my computer)

2 files, but one is the game...! (be careful, we cannot share rom files here)
i want 1 save from jr, and 1 save from your emulator.

I just find out what is the problem!!!

It is "AUTO SAVE"
unchek "AUTO SAVE", I can load saves from pc emul.
I think when you turn off GBC, ezflash J get save file.
then when you turn on, It is actually saved.

thanx
