ROM Hack RELEASE Hatsune Miku Megamix39 use ps4 file get all 248 songs

Hatsune Miku Megamix39 only have 111 songs , ps4 version have 248 songs , other songs is deleted by sega , you can use ps4 game file get it
you must have PS4 Hatsune Miku Project Diva Future Tone DX game pkg and 1.01 update pkg

use ps4 package viewer unpack base game pkg to /base folder
use ps4 package viewer unpack update pkg to /update folder
copy /update/rom_ps4_fix to /base/Image0 , replace same folder
move /base/Image0/rom_ps4_fix/*.* to /base/Image0/rom_ps4_dlc replace all file
put /base/Image0/rom_ps4_dlc folder to tfcard:/sxos/titles/0100f3100da46000/romfs
put pv_db.txt to tfcard:/sxos/titles/0100f3100da46000/romfs/rom_switch/rom

Correct, funny enough. All data is inside. You can enable chinese and Taiwanese as well.

English files are inside, but not the 2D art that is required for the lettering. so they kept them out unfortunately.

regarding this step, wouldn't this make the folder be >20GB?

Probably, but that's fine.

TW is a "Regions" , which is a very serious political issue, not a joke , especially for the chinese

Thats sad. On the PSP, they wrote a plugin to replace the japanese art with the english art. Is the japanese 2d art in PNG?

It's some custom format (or as I guess, just some odd compression). Not clear images.

It's totally possible once the Western release gets out. But now, no. The 2D art folder is missing for the English language. I can take a screenshot once I get home to show how romFS looks.

Probably will. I can almost garantuee this is the exact same release that the west will get. Just that the 2d art is added. The game is complete what I can see except with the manual in english and the 2d letters.

Do you think (for the western version of 39) it'll work with the western version of future tone or the japanese version ?

This game IS Future tone. Hell it even got left overs from the Arcade game, you can "enable Arcade" in a option file. But nothing changes. A lot of songs mentioned in files but not existing. So we will see. I bet it's totally possible to get them to work as well for western release but just with the English names.

Taiwanese is actually “Min Nan dialects” , that is a dialect used by Fujian and Taiwan residents in China , only pronunciation , no words , It's totally different from Traditional Chinese , which is often used in game localization translation

What do you say to do a "General hacking" thread for the game instead? I see you manage to remove the annoying watermark. And people probably wanna add custom songs etc. later as well.

only asia version at now , no english ui , and game lyric is japanese only
