Hardware Nintendo 3DS blown F Fußes?

Hi, I wanted to take a look at my old 3DSs and DSs that I kept in a drawer for years.
I don't know what's wrong with them, but the 3DSs won't boot/are missing F fuses.
Can anyone spot any other missing parts and which replacements I need?
I really want to save my Animal Crossing: New Leaf save files.

If I got this correctly the first six photos show an O3DSXL (model SPR-001) motherboard.

Water damage or much moisture in the air I would say.

There seems to be some patina on the solder pads for the missing F1 on picture first picture (20200212_091717-jpg.196098) – and rust on the metal plate where the WiFi chips normally sits on.
On picture number 3 (20200212_090918-jpg.196095) between the Samsung NAND chip and the place for the circle pad is an empty place with six small solder pads. This being empty is normal – but your board has corrosion there as well.
On the second picture (20200212_091744-jpg.196094), below the number 13 on the PCB it seems some component has been bridged by a solder blob.

What happened here? Did you desolder or even rip off some components in the past? Please provide a little more background story.

Even more for the last two pictures, seemingly an O3DS (model CTR-001)

What happened to the charging connector?!
What is peeling off on the SD-card reader?!

For comparison I've attached a photo of an O3DSXL motherboard – no components missing on that one. (I have no plans to fully disassemble this one in order to take a picture of the other side, all ribbon cables, WiFi and IR still attached.)

Well, the O3DSXL had a blown F1 or F2 fuse so I decided to take the F1 fuse and put it where the F2 fuse sits. Unfortunately that was unsuccessful, I think I was 11 years old when I tried that xD).
As far as I know I never spilled any water onto the boards, the water indicators on the shell aren't tripped.

On the damages that you noticed yourtself. It looks like a classic case of corrosion.
I agree with KleinesSinchen

Water damage can happen over time in very humid conditions.

Is the TH1 component needed to start the 3DS on the O3DSXL?

Well, i accidentally ripped off one of the solder pads on the O3DSXL...
I managed to solder a working F fuse onto the O3DS board. The blue light turns on and then turns off (it's like when you turn it off normally, it dims down and doesn't turn off randomly)

I think I was running Luma3DS on this, but I'm not sure if it was A9LH or B9S...
It was definitely A9LH.
I am able to boot into the Luma3DS configuration menu when I hold some buttons

The light problem might be able to be fixed by setting up luma 3DS to CTRNAND

There must be something wrong with the SafeB9SInstaller, it won't boot when I hold Select when I turn the 3DS on.
Edit: I forgot to mention that the top screen's display connector is damaged

Did you follow those instructions as exactly as described, especially the part about reformatting the SD card in the correct settings?

Oh, well that would be an issue. 3DS systems will not boot if the motherboard doesn't communicate with the LCD displays' back lights.

What can 3DS turn on even without ?

It wasn't the display connector, it was the cable.
However, I've got a new top screen but the backlight still won't come on

You appear to be booting an older version of Luma3DS, possibly older A9LH custom firmware. See the attached IMG_8420.JPG for comparison.

It won't turn on anymore. When I press the power button the blue light comes on but the turns off with a pop sound coming from the speakers. The lower screens backlight flashes.
Is it possible to be one of the screen/speaker/backlight ribbon cables?
The F1/F2 fuses are fine.
