It is recommended that you update to 9.1.0 using ChoiDujourNX. If your SD card is exFAT (not recommended), make sure you select the exFAT version of 9.1.0 in ChoiDujourNX. If you do not want to install AutoRCM, make sure you de-select that option in ChoiDujourNX. Also, sure you are using the latest version of your CFW.This is my first every post here. Hello all!
I have a little knowledge on the subject and have done stuff like this for a long time. However, I had a couple questions someone might be able to help me with.
I'm currently on version 8.0.1 running SX OS. Some updates that I try to install says I need a higher firmware version.
Is it safe to update the firmware now or should I wait further. Also, if it's safe can someone point me in the right direction on how I should do it. Thanks!
Also, while I have researched and this is very debatable. Is there any reason to use SX OS over Atmosphere/Kronos?
Thanks!
Other than loading XCI files, there isn't much of a reason to use SX OS. If you don't care about being able to launch XCI files (without installing them like NSP files), Atmosphere is recommended.
