Actually think this would sound good in the movie itself.
Didn't think they'd get a song made for the movie.
Blowing into a genesis cartridge though?
Seems a bit wierd to me but maybe I juat grew out of that after the NES.
Retro Jim Carry Robotnik ia kinda funny. Wonder how long till we see rom hacks with him in it.
Nitpick but the custom sprites seem off color to me too but guess no one bothers to make accurate palattes. Doesnt really matter for a one time use in a video anyway really but they cared to make new sprites ar all though.

Anyone else think it looks like Sonic murders them in the end?

I find the shitty implementation of a green screen oddly charming, must've been intentional right?
The song is alright, though there isn't much substance to it lyrically and the beat seems like any basic outrun synth track. Though, I'm not sure how much production value we're meant to expect out of a video game movie.

Never heard of this band, but this was boring lame crap. Is this a style or why is it so hard to understand? After Gangsters Paradise, I guess somebody is desperately trying to implement a rap/HipHop theme to sonic.

I think something like "escape from the city" would fit better.

Ouch, not a big fan of that. Should have had Del the Funky Homosapien write the song for it. That dood is a big gamer and in a lot of his older videos he is seen playing his Game Gear. Huge Sonic and SEGA fan, particularly the Dreamcast.
