Hello, I have both OFW sysNAND and CFW emuNAND on my Switch.
OFW is used for legit online stuff while I play around with offline homebrew on CFW.

I've started having this problem where OFW keeps filling up my SD card because I have no way of forcing the console to install stuff to the system memory, since it's also impossible to remove the SD card while booting to any FW from AutoRCM.

So I was wondering, would it be possible for someone to create a small program that fills the SD card nearly to the brim, so it forces OFW to skip the SD and install to the system memory instead?

I can do this on my PC, but it's less convenient.
Anyway, thank you for your time!

Edit: Would also have to support FAT32 restrictions by creating multiple files of fake size instead.

Hello everyone I have two ideas I think would be cool and useful. The first one would be a homebrew app for Pokemon Sword and Shield that like PKhex would allow you to see if your egg you are breeding is shiny or not. The second homebrew app I think would be useful is if we could emulate a turbo controller. Meaning that we can select whatever button we want it to constantly press for us like the A button. Thank you and hopefully someone can make these happen, especially the turbo button homebrew. If not thats ok but thank you for reading this.

Anything done with VR as of yet? i feel like the switch could make for some simple, fun basic stuff
smartphone level things but with 3dof motion controllers, could be neat

I saw a couple of days ago here on GbaTemp a homebrew that lets you dump your own cartridges to emuMMC or sysNAND, but now I can't find it anymore. Can someone please point out it for me? Thank you

I don't think this is what I was talking about, it had a nice GUI and much less options, it simply lets you install game carts directly to emuMMC or sysNAND and not much more
Well you said dump. Installing and dumping are two different things. Also this has a GUI as well with nice being super subjective. Anyways if you're looking for something to install cartridges, then you're probably looking for this.

Is it possible to create an app that starts a server and you can check temps/battery percentage from a remote browser? I think it was something cobra on ps3.

Edit: Good on Nintendo for taking up this request and implementing a way to move data between system memory and SD card. :rofl2:

Won't happen in horizon at least until we get hardware video decoding for homebrew. Official client can be used in Android in the meantime.
Ok,a lot of thanks.
A little question : is hardware video decoding on the new 3ds homebrew? If my memory doesnt fail Nintendo add a chip for h264 video decoder and a better net browser. Thanks
