ROM Hack Cheat Codes AMS and Sx Os, Add and Request

Does someone have a tool that re-encrypts files for arslan.bms Linkdata.bin files? Or something more general that relinks files in Linkdata.idx files to a folder inside the game files? I want to reinject some textures into Dragon Quest Builders 2 but the game doesn't recognizes the new file and crashes (seems like it needs the encryption).

Here's what I don't get. Even when I reinject a file I just extracted from the Linkdata.bin with linkdata.exe (from Falo here https://gbatemp.net/threads/dragon-quest-builders-2.528161/ Post#12). Trying to reinject it works fine, but once I replace the original Linkdata.bin/.idx the game gives me an error and crashes.
Here's what the .bat looks like: "linkdata.exe inject FILE_02749.dat 2749 LINKDATA.IDX".
Did I do something wrong?

With the All item cheats for Tokyo mirage we get all the performas but we cant get the Carnage/Weapons from them, at least thats what happens to me.

So any code for unlocking all the Carnage/weapons? Or any solution besides... well, collecting all the performas "manually" Thanks

Regarding Wonderboy Remix
The cheats runs only for first 4 stages.
After,from 2nd level, cheats runs randomly.
Can you give a look?

This Icon represents the Sister's Health (White) / Armor (Blue), correct?
The Blue goes down at times, but otherwise, I notice no change in the Health when any Health Codes are Active.
