What do I do if I dont have a titles folder lol? I have it physical but also installed it from the dumping tool/tinfoil but even after that no title folder

im new to this too so do i like have to do some SD card transfer type stuff if so i cant my PC does not have an SD cartridge

i tried this and it works and all but what do i do if i want to uninstall it? i took off the titles folder and when load my game back in it still has the randomizer on it help please it keeps corrupting my sd card... when every i boot my game back up on CFW mode and when its on regular it FW it works
