I'll assume you're being serious... how you found a pointer with 74 levels, I have no idea.... There's bound to be a better solution.... I'd love to see the memory dump for this....

This code is not compressible. Compression is for multiple codes that follow a pattern. This is a single code, so there's no way to compress it.

This code is not compressible. Compression is for multiple codes that follow a pattern. This is a single code, so there's no way to compress it.

Works fine , but after a load screen it doesent work anymore.

That issue happend also to my 74 Level code.
Now , im working to fix it hopefully soon.

At the moment i havent got an account of any hosts to upload my dumps.
I need some time, because i didnd do that before.

Im sure that you can get the same result, if you disable "Only Display Optimal Pointers Paths".

Now I have found 2 candidates that work for me but I am not sure if they are permanent for other playes.

Maybe someone of you can test it and report it to me.

This is my First code it works only once before loading a new Level-screen.

Yep. That's a common issue when hunting for pointers. If they don't work after some time, that means that the pointer isn't quite right. Mix some of your dumps with a few dumps made AFTER the code stops working and try searching again.
Im sure that you can get the same result, if you disable "Only Display Optimal Pointers Paths".

I didn't make the original TempAR, so some of the original features I still don't know what they do. The "Only Display Optimal Pointer Paths" is one of those options that I haven't tried to reverse engineer and figure out what it does. I assumed it either stopped from getting loops (like what it appears you had gotten) or it allowed for pointers not located on the 0/4/8/C addresses. Either way it works, so I haven't touched it. XD

You should only need 1 code for it to work. That game doesn't seem to be one that needs multiple pointers to work right.

If you want people to test it, try giving this link a try. This is the place to post new codes for games and people will add them to the database or test them, etc.

It's definitely stuck in a loop there. Here's a look at what's going on.

Your code starts at the blue section on the bottom and points to the top blue section. From there, it moves 0xFFFFFF94 (-108) spaces which is the upper Yellow box. The upper yellow box points to the lower yellow box, and from there moves 0xFFFFFFE4 (-28) spaces which is back to the upper yellow space. After a while, it finally points to the red area and follows the pointer from there. You probably could get away with just going from the blue to the red or just starting at the red.

Either way, the new one you made is probably better since it works in later levels.

It's possible to use several codes at once, yes. The only issue wit that is that even though one of those codes is doing what you want (inf jump) the other codes are all also editing something else. The more codes you use, the more likely you are to accidentally edit something important that could crash the game or other things. I know it is not easy to find pointers that work good, but we spend a lot of time testing our codes and making sure that they work good. I would encourage you to try searching a bit further for the right codes. :D

Minor Update V3.5
This update provides some much needed cleanup from the older code and provides a new localization option in the form of a Chinese executable. There's still more to be cleaned up, and I'd like to go back and improve the accessibility options (using tab to switch boxes is completely unreliable) but I'll probably make those changes without uploading an updated .exe because those things won't effect the UI much at all.

There are now 2 .exe files in the Releases area. If you need English, download TempAR.exe as normal. If you need Chinese, only download TempAR_CN.exe . There's no need to download both unless you plan to use both languages.

There have also been a couple UI changes to clarify a few things. The options "Only show optimal pointers" and "RAW code" have been updated to infer more meaning about what they actually do. "RAW Code" is now "Include Label" because it adds the "_V0 Generated Code" part to codes. "only show optimal pointers" now includes a note that it avoids pointer looping.

The VitaCheat tab has been rearranged. I originally planned to have a few more functions in this tab, and left plenty of extra space for them. The new update removes this extra space in favor of a nicer looking UI. I'll add the extra space back if I ever add the B200 and C200 code types. They should be easy to add, I've just been being lazy.

UI in the pointer searcher tab has also been slightly changed, with the labels for each dump and address box now matching the colors that they provide to the pointer list. I'm not entirely happy with a couple colors as they're harder to see, but I'm also not as young as i used to be and it may only be me fussing about it, so I probably won't change them.

Changes since 3.1:

  • Added Chinese localization - Wangtao03
  • Added Utils.cs for separating some basic functions (open/save files, convert .db files) - Wangtao03
  • Changed colors of Mem Dump and Address boxes to better show their effect on Pointer Searching - Wangtao03
  • Changed some text to better explain their functions (Optimal pointers and RAW Addresses) - Yohoki

Why is this not possible ? you already added 6 slots just add 4 more or 6 more and let the public test it to see ? after all you the one that will get all of the credit regardless ! Great Work !

Several reasons why... The top reason is because I am not a programmer and do not know how to code good. Any change I make takes a long time of research.

Secondly, the amount of work to get 6 dumps is already a lot. Have you heard of Diminishing returns? A green pointer may be a lot better than a black pointer, but an orange pointer really isn't THAT much better than a red pointer. In fact, you may notice that a lot of times there are a lot of Black, then a lot of green, then quite a few blue, but less and less of each color after that. At some point, adding more dumps will just start skipping colors or will upgrade more addresses that really shouldn't have been upgraded to begin with.

Thirdly, there's no need for so many. There are much better pointer searching algorithms (like Universal Pointer Searcher) that can do just fine with only 2-3. Because of the way TempAR was programmed, it will always be hard to find pointers past lvl 1. This isn't something I can fix and requires a complete rewrite of the searching algorithm and is well beyond my scope. All I've done is made it easier to use the tool that we already use. So, in that regard I believe I've succeeded.

I have used a very powerful hacking tool back when the psp was hot and was able to hack easily even the toughest psp games that others were having trouble with ! it was made by a japanese hacker .. you could put in 10 dumps dma and that would give you mainly 5 to 6 results and from level 2-13 codes working without any freezing ! Just saying ! what you have done thus far is great !!!! , but TempAr unfortunately is not that powerful as this device that was made and unfortunately no sauce code was ever released for that device and it doesn't take ps vita format files either ! Thank you anyways for all the hard work and hours you have devoted to this better than nothing Since fullcodes and the others refuse to release what they have ! Arm device

I have used a very powerful hacking tool back when the psp was hot and was able to hack easily even the toughest psp games that others were having trouble with ! it was made by a japanese hacker .. you could put in 10 dumps dma and that would give you mainly 5 to 6 results and from level 2-13 codes working without any freezing ! Just saying ! what you have done thus far is great !!!! , but TempAr unfortunately is not that powerful as this device that was made and unfortunately no sauce code was ever released for that device and it doesn't take ps vita format files either ! Thank you anyways for all the hard work and hours you have devoted to this better than nothing Since fullcodes and the others refuse to release what they have ! Arm device
I just mentioned "Universal Pointer Searcher" by BullyWiiPlaza that does exactly what you say.... Go download Universal Pointer Searcher. There's not a lot of documentation on how to use it for Vita dumps, but I use it sometimes and it does work.

The problem with pointer searching on the vita isn't always the pointers, but the DMA that the games use... sometimes the EBoots just aren't loaded the same, so the base pointers aren't in their normal places. So even "Universal Pointer Searcher" can show 0 results some times. What we REALLY need is a pointer searcher that can allow us to type in where Seg0 and Seg1 are and the searcher will know that these p[laces move around in each dump.

    It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
