Hello! I lost my original SD Card in which I homebrewed my wii with. I got a new one recently and would like to know what files I need to get back into hacking. The only app I think I had was a Mii .mae file importer thing. My wii still has the homebrew channel.

I used this video to hack my wii:

Really depends on what you had on the original card. Did you also have a hard drive attached? Homebrew Channel should still function without it.

Most of the setup files are unneeded once the system is modded.

The only thing I really had was the mii importer. I just want to download apps again.

Then just get the Homebrew Browser, OSC recently revived it so just get the OSC version from WiiBrew.
You put it on the SD like any other homebrew application.
Also Mii Extractor and Mii Installer is old and bad, doesn't even support SDHC cards.
I recommend you use SaveGame Manager GX, way better. Just rename all your .mae files .miigx and everything is set.

the only reason i really got it was to hack my wiis lol
But but, free games. And GC games through Nintendont (working with Wiimote+Nunchuck and Classic Controller as well, no need for GC controllers or memory cards) are pretty nice. And the Wii makes a decent emulation box for GBA/SNES/Genesis and older, with a number of N64 games also running great unofficially through N64 VC injects (there is also Wii64/Not64, better compatibility, but slower emulators, so many games will not be fullspeed) and you can also install WiiWare and official VC with WAD managers.
If you're interested in any of this ModMii is a pretty good tool to guide you through USB loader setup, and shows you how to use a WAD manager as well. As for emulators and Nintendont those are much simpler to install, but if you need any pointers that's what we're here for.
