is there a way to use a usb controller in wii mode? like it emulates a wii clasic or gamecube controller. is there a hombrew app for that?

i know Wii U pro controller works in vwii and im still curious about gamecube adapter for Wii U i hear it works in Nintendont which i dont own gamecube adapter

Its situational; it works with certain versions of Non64 and Nintendon't, most other Wii apps don't support USB controllers.

There isn't. Support for HID is specific to certain homebrews, for which i know 2 only: Nintendont and Retroarch.

USB controllers are not supported in Wii mode period. But you can get adapters to get other controllers working on the Wii, usually through the connector at the bottom of the Wiimote.
Edit: Well except for homebrew that is specifically written to support USB controllers in Nintendont.
