You have 2 Switches?
You will have to hack the Switch to copy saves from it but you don't need to install CFW, RCM mode is good enough to back up saves, you can dump the NAND and get what you need from it. Restoring however I believe requires CFW.

Hi, I think it was a bit of an understanding. haha I meant was can I still continue from my old game saved or do I start from the beginning?
I only have 1 switch, thank you

You can choose if you want to move your existing games to emuNAND or keep them on sysNAND, I would keep them on sysNAND since they are legit, so you can get updates from eShop and play them online if you want. Either way your saves will not be affected.
