I got a new mather for my broken wii u for china without the driver borad
When i run it i got a 160-1402 error is there any way to remary the drive to it or to bypass this error

No. Since the cpu asks for this to know it´s genuine.If there is no driver-board, the cpu doesn´t get an answer & assumes your console is hacked.

i have a driver on for my old console

You need the original driver-board (not the old, each driver-board is unique with an own code). Without it your WiiU´s main-cpu (a powerpc) knows what you try to do & simply shuts itself off. No circumventing possible for now.Right now your WiiU knows you try to run it without a valid key = error. This is a hardware-key stored in the disc-unit´s chip. The ppc asks for this key each time it has to boot (even when you go into vWii-mode).
