Honestly this game is beyond repair, unless the dev releases a massive performance update, the framerate is atrocious, and cinematic have a voice over bug which the character repeats the last word, it’s a pretty bad port.

Its the textures that are bothering me....looks worse than an N64 game.

The textures are horrible in docked mode playing on a tv. Seriously sometimes I cant even make out the facial features of NPCs in conversations....is that normal?

The game turned out to be fun/interesting but has shit performance.

I want to thank VIPlaine1 for the work.
I have tried the NO-TAA config but sadly removing this seems to cause some graphical glitches. Aside from the obvious pixelation there are some things that look weird like the main character beard and NPC hair, I also noticed that textures look extremely blurred, more so than with the game with taa enabled. Textures with letters on them are just a blur and also there some very noticeable slow texture loading.
I don't know if some effects, like the beard and hair depend on the anti-aliasing to display properly, but the texture loading is very weird, some textures seem to remain low res and never get to load their "high res" version. This doesn't happen without the file.
I play handheld 99% of the time so I didn't try the high resolution or 60fps patches. But I wanted to try the NO-TAA since I got a very noticeable visual upgrade by disabling that setting on the Witcher 3.

View attachment 184754 View attachment 184755 Mod for Vampyr 60FPS and High Resolution. For High Resolution you will need to have Sys-clk at MAX, use ReverseNX, and Lots Of Lots of Battery. That's mean you gonna have to charge all the time when playin, also make sure you bring your fan. Download High Resolution at your own risk, have fun. :D:D:D
Now the one you all be waiting for Vampyr Extreme Graphic, almost close to the pc version. Please try it out and tell me watchu think
With Xtreme Graphic burn your switch at your own will. Can't upload here cause it's to big, Extreme Graphic link

Just Extract the zip file and drop it to titles inside Atmosphere, SXOS, and ReiNX Folder

Neat graphic but I wont do it. I am fine with what I am seeing on normal graphic with a little bit blur. Doesn't bother me. Dont want to hurt my Switch, no thanks. Good job, thought! Its neat! I have PS4 so I can use those import games from Switch already on PS4 anyway. No needs for Switch version. Switch is underpowered anyway.

Just for everyone who gets confused about install:
All inside the "titles" folder must to be placed into "contents" now.
The "contents" is the new "titles".

Last time I played a game was hmmm... can't exactly recall.

I can't believe you got me with that

I haven't been gaming for such a long time. Been mostly busy with sleep, hardware tinkering and checking GBAtemp frequently.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Hope you've had a good morning.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
It's going alright thanks :) I know what you mean with gaming time. It's precious where I can get it these days.

I think that's why I focus on just enjoying single player experiences that aren't too competitive

    How are you doing?
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
There's also this thing where I'm hyperfocused at night and cannot get to sleep.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    @Maximumbeans, I'm doing alright, thanks.

That must be rough. Productive I'm sure but hard to balance with daily life

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.

@Maximumbeans, I had a friend who had a glass chess set for their birthday.

It was like all clear and fancy. Tbf I'm not too experienced with chess, but would like to learn someday.
