Hi, I just want to know if disabling AutoRCM with Hekate after updating with ChoiDujourNX, would burn my fuses or should I leave the console on AutoRCM forever.

Yes, Nintendo's bootloader burns fuses.

If you don't want to burn fuses, and you want to keep your sysNAND updated, you must keep AutoRCM installed forever.
