No, just install Java like you normally would. But you will need to create the .bat File as normal, then direct the .jar File to Open with the Version of Java. you will see it quickly open the CMD Box, then go away. Now try to Open it using the .bat File.

Yes, that is what I tried to do but that TID is from the Japanese game, and the US is different from the address, I remember that you had to subtract 1000 from the addresses.
