Can anyone make a 60fps mod for this game and possibly some graphics improvements or a resolution patch of some kind?

AC3 had issues with maintaining 60 FPS after unlocking and I don't think AC4 will be better.
Assassins Creed IV runs at a smooth 30fps in handheld mode. 60fps would be the ideal mod, but 30fps at a higher resolution would still be nice.
AC4 Black Flag looks to me way more optimized and smoother than AC3. Even at default clock speeds.
So it might be overall more optimized and may handle more enhancements thrown at it.

And according to what I found in AC4 (I may be wrong) docked mode is running at max 1600x900. I can't find resolution of handheld mode outside framebuffer ones (so there is a chance that it's max 720p).
You can find docked resolution at [main + 91d120] (width) and [main + 91d124] (height) if someone want to do it.
Rogue in the same function has only framebuffer values. So it's 1080p and 720p.

thanks for your reserch.it means rogue resloution is 1080p on dockmode and 720p om handlemode ?it is Dynamic resolution on rogue or black flag?

and how can we fix resloution value??
Is there any way to inject PC settings into the Rebel Collection? Water and foliage could really benefit from it.
