This says it doesn't support my Welcome Amiibo cart. Does this mean I have to buy another game of Animal Crossing and then update it just to have the cheats?

Also when I close the menu, the bottom screen mimics the top screen, and I can only see what the top screen is doing on both screens. And if I open my pockets after closing the menu, my 3ds freezes.

I'm trying to use the plugin loader version of Luma 10.1, but it's not working too well. I made sure to set up the right region and version in the right folder, and enable plugin loading in Rosalina, but no dice.
Should I revert to sideloading the 9.1 plugin loader version, or am I missing a trick? I'll try to revert in the meantime, but I'd prefer to have a fork of 10.1 if possible.

EDIT: That didn't work either. Time to double check all the esoteric guides I guess! :3

Plugin's just not loading is all. I'm gonna redownload it again to be safe.

EDIT: Still not working well. Even following the plugin guide isn't helping.
Are you using the latest version of BootNTR Selector before trying to open the plugin? I believe that you can only .3gx format plugins from Rosalina. The plugin from this thread is .plg format so it should load by using NTR instead.

I'm trying to use the Luma version, from the versions of Luma that load plugins. (The NTR version works already, but I want the superior, more stable, more applet-friendly version) If the format that's specifically meant for use with the plugin loader version of Luma doesn't work with the plugin version of Luma, well... that would explain why I couldn't get it to work, considering that I'm not the kind of guy to fail to follow a simple guide.

I don't think I follow you. What format is the plugin? I only see a .plg plugin. There was an old 9.0 build of Luma by Nanquitas that allowed loading of .plg plugins but this had limited plugin compatibility, stability issues and is no longer supported. Badda did recompiled it with updates for Luma 9.1 here but I would assume that build is now also broken due to the latest firmware update. I don't think there is a Luma build out there that would load a .plg plugin with better compatibility and stability than NTR.

I am desperate for help. I have the New Welcome Amiibo installed on my 3ds, and it works just fine on that one even though it doesn't support the cheats. Since it didn't support the cheats, I decided to buy a new game, and this one is a cartridge. It doesn't work at all, even though I now have v1.5

It doesn't show the green screen at the beginning or do anything when I press the select button, but it works just fine on my New Welcome Amiibo. Does this mean I have to download it instead of buying a cartridge? I'm so confused right now.

@Psionic Roshambo AI assisted game creation is kinda already here, there was recently that AI that can turn any 2D image into a fully modeled 3D object, it's not perfect, but it's a starting point, beats starting from zero

before that there was one to generate a fully modeled scene from a 2D image

but most recently, there was one that actually generates a working unity scene with terrain and textures already set up that you can import right into unity, that's a huge time saver right there
