Hi everyone, so after a failed attempt at enabling the witcher 3 graphic mods, i decided to unset my archive bit in Hekate. ( I am using a mac, i thought unsetting the archive bit would solve the problem). However after booting in back to sx os, i received an "unable to start software. Return to the home Menu and try again" message whenever i load my xci's. At this point, I went back into hekate and press 'fix archive bit - nintendo" because hekate mentioned that this option should be used when you have corruption message. After doing so, nothing happened (games still couldnt load, tinfoil and Hb menu also).
At this point, i decide to try and delete all my games on my sd card and transfer it back again using my mac. Suprisingly, it worked (for games that did not require/skip any updates). However, most of my games required updating before i could launch it, so i redownloaded all my nsp updates and tried updating it through sx os menu. Now, everytime i install an update, i get an error message (same for installing any homebrews). Tinfoil still does not work as well. In summary, sx os menu has trouble installing anything now and i need help trying to reverse whatever ive done!! I have access to a PC if your solution requires one.
P.S i can still play games off usbhdd but again, if the game require installation, sx os/tinfoil cant perform it.
