Have you used the Android Port on your Switch? Might be the reason why. I had to get a new Joycon Controller because the one I was using kept disconnecting on me for no reason thanks to the Android Port. Otherwise, no idea. That is very weird

Nope. Saw no reason to mess with that.

I noticed these cheats didn't work if you played as Sheva (Player 2), so I made codes that did. I take no credit for the following codes, as literally all I had to do was recognize Sheva's data structures always come directly after Chris's. Other than that, here those codes are:

[Hold R for Player 2 to Walk Through Walls]
581F0000 04798210

@ZiT866 Your codes are very nice by the way. Thanks for making them.

Does anyone have this cheat from optanic ?

i was looking at a pokemon edit code to replace or have xxx pokemon in your slot or bank but i need to find the proper memory for it.

im only able to find at the moment the memory that changes the pokemon in your preview but not the actual pokemon you have, example you goto your pokemon and it shows it, the memory i found changes the preview of the pokemon to what ever you want, so magicarp will be there and previews as bulbasaur for example

I recommend doing either a 32-byte or 64-byte unknown search. There's a chance the identifier for Pokemon, at least in-game and not on the save file, could be unexpected.

For instance, in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, you'd expect Mario to have character ID 0x00 or character ID 0x01. His character value actually is 64-bit, being stored as 0xC100010EDAF3C863. If the whole thing isn't entered, Mario won't load. You might also want to check around the address you've already found. See if anything else changes around the value you've been changing. That'd be a good indicator.

when ever i find a code i also use memory editor to see whats near my result, for the likes of RE0 i was able to find character mod using the good ole 00 and 01 search and the rest of the data for the character/outfit was next to it.

so i assumed it could be similar where theres other values that give the pokemon but i dont recall seeing anything near it

Ok, that would eliminate that then. Still, the unknown search might return something. It might not even have the same identifier at all. I could be wrong, though. Either that, or you overlooked something. I tried doing something like this for PLGE and didn't turn up anything. That was a long time ago and I might be able to find it now, though. Hope you find something.

I'm curious: how do you make these speed codes? Do you just do unknown searches for something and then whenever your speed increases, you search for an increased value? With your Walk through walls codes, do you do it just by walking on treadable ground, doing an unknown value search, and then doing a changed value search once you collide with the wall? I'd like to make codes like this.

I write how to search on the following page.
https://zit866.hatenablog.com/entry/2019/09/24/230727
https://zit866.hatenablog.com/entry/2019/09/26/133654

There was a speed address near the [Max Money] address.
I found the following address.
[heap+41d28740] + d0 (Speed Address)

This address stores the character's size and speed.
And when I increased speed, I passed through the wall.
This means that there are "Walk through walls codes" near here.
Found by changing the surrounding numbers.

Don't think hard.
Always search 3F800000 near the address related to character information and change the value to 40800000.
