Hello, I would ask few questions about flashing/exploiting switch :)

1) Is 128GB SDXC exFat32Gb good? (does it support)
2) Should card have past Nintendo files in it before putting flashing files?
3) Shorting pins. I would use Arduino breadboard cables to short temporary, could i posibly damage pins? Or should i wait for Jig (I ordered, but would need to wait few few weeks)?
4) Both pins that needs to be shortened are on the sides?
5) Can I break console if I accidentally short wrong pins? (Was there any accidents for other people?)
6) Should I Master Reset my switch and set it up and then flash, or I could leave all data incl. Nintendo account (linked to switch) , saves, screenshots, installed games, etc...
7) Connecting to internet, How I could block Nintendo connection if I'm connecting to my home network and I can't pre-set DNS before I connect?
8) How to backup my game progression (Zelda BOTW, kinda new to switch :D ).
9) Does Custom FW stays in sleep mode?
10) Trusted websites to download games?

Thanks for answers :)

Also, do you need jig always inserted or only when you do Powerbutton with '+' and then you can remove it and do whatever you want?

1) It's good, but you should then reformat your sd as fat32 cause it's the best option for cfw (but it's still optionally, you can use exFat, but you might face some curruption issues).
2) Uhm, didn't get that one... But you run cfw off of your sd, you don't touch sysNAND (and you actually can't at first). So, just sd card and cfw files on it.
3) You can short pins however you want, i had been shorting them with a paperclip for a long time before getting a jig (and then just started using autoRCM).
4) You mean on one side? Yes, both pins are on the right rail side.
5) AFAIK, no, but you can damage your joycon/rail (but that's unlikely).
6) It's not necessary.
7) Incognito, 90dns... SX OS has some kind of stealth mode, but i've never used this close source cfw on switch.
8) Checkpoint, EdiZon.
9) Yes
10) There are no trusted websites to download games :).
11) You need jig only for the "getting into RCM" part, after that you can remove it (and basically almost never use it again if you use autoRCM and payload launchers from cfw)

1) ExFAT has a high chance of corruption, use FAT32 instead
2) Doesn't matter
3) I would wait. You could bend the pins, or accidentally short the wrong ones causing damage to the internals of the Swtch.
4) 1 and 10 or 7 and 10, but pin 6 which is right next to 7 is the power pin, so 1 and 10 are the safest. 9 and 10 are not recommended because pin 9 is not guaranteed to be GND.
5) See above.
6) Keep your sysNAND the way it is and keep it clean for online use, make an emuNAND and use that for CFW (and you can factory reset it if you wish but there's no need to since it will be kept offline anyway)
7) If your console is RCM exploitable you don't have to worry as much. iPatched 4.1.0 consoles rely on wifi to run the exploit and if you ever connect to a wifi without the custom DNS you will get a supernag and be locked out of the browser and not be able to run the exploit anymore. But a RCM exploitable console can always be exploited. Either way it is advised to patch your emuNAND with Incognito_RCM so you can use online safely in homebrew: https://gbatemp.net/threads/incognito_rcm-wipe-personal-information-to-reduce-risk-of-ban.549462/
8) There are save managers like Checkpoint for that but you should not be running homebrew or CFW on sysNAND since there is a risk of ban. So do that stuff on emuNAND. You can back up your whole sysNAND and extract the saves from it without risking a ban, but injecting them back into sysNAND is risky.
9) Yes.
10) Check out hbgshop and TheBigPP.

If I may piggyback on this as a fellow noob, I keep seeing people say that exFAT formatted cards have a high tendency of corruption... but what's to be done about the limitations of the FAT32 filesystem, especially concerning file size limitations and large games?

EDIT: or are games made up of multiple files that are all less than 4GB? Sorry, my switch is on its way, and just doing the research so I can hit the ground running.

The fat32 4gb file limitation should never be an issue, the Switch automatically splits all titles into 4gb chunks (even on exfat)

Ok, so i have 128Gb SD card which is exFat from factory, so I should format it into Fat32 and how then i supposed to upload big games that takes up space up to 16gb?

You split them into 4 gb parts or install them through usb.
