So my skylanders disc is scratched to the point it doesn't even load half the time. So i downloaded a copy of the internet, burned it to a dvd and put it in my wii. The disc channel just loads for a bit but then it just says "Unable to read the disc." Anyone know how to get it to load the disc?

The console is PAL and also softmodded if that helps

How did you fit the Internet on a single DVD?

All kidding aside, if you just want to load backups from DVD-R you can use NeoGamma. I think you can also load them with the usual USB loaders if you look through the menus, but NeoGamma is good enough if you're only going to be using DVD-Rs.

Three (well previously documented) alternative options:
1- use a backup loader homebrew as said by @ChiefReginod
2- use Priiloader to force the Wii Menu and discs on IOS249
3- use Darkcorp

Of course, all of the above assume your optical drive doesn't block non-original discs in hardware

It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
