You should already have what you need.
If you're sure you didn't miss anything while scrolling, and you can still run TWLMenu++ via Memory Pit, I'm out of ideas.
Just launch the game, and wait a few minutes, if the white screen persists.

ok now when i try to open a game it says nds_bootstrap
please wait... and stays there nothing else happens
now it says an error has ocurred

Hello everyone, sorry for my english, i´m from SPAIN, and i got a problem with my my DSIXL.
I bought a new R4 (Gold Pro) and a new microSD (32 GB), my problem is that:
i cannot play pokemon black/white/white 2/black 2.
Because everytime i try to play appears a WHITE SCREEN after i load de rom, the problem i think is the game, because i can play every other game:
(like "the legend of zelda: spirit tracks, pokemon soulsilver, or including dragon quest IX")
My DSI had the latest version (1.4.5 from EUROPE), i don´t know how to fix it, so please i need help, i don´t have much expirience in reprogram things.

Thing is , the videos work fine in the Edge Dev and Canary builds. But whatever the fix they made was, has never been pushed to Beta or Stable builds. Its been that way for as far back as I tested. Which was Edge 84. They are on 125 now.+1

@RedColoredStars, Yeah, and I was in quite a mood at that time. I would consider choosing Firefox or Opera instead, been using Firefox for over 7 years now than Chrome. -

Tried contacting Nintendo to see if they can reach out to MS about it. But Nintendo said the videos are working fine. Without enough people saying no, they don't work fine, it will never get fixed.

I have Firefox and used it for many years. But Edge runs noticible faster on my pc at both opening and loading pages.

I don't think Nintendo will know anything about troubleshooting Edge. They mostly do technical support regarding their console family.
