Hacking Question Can't boot emummc after upgrading sd card

Ever since I upgraded my SD card, my emummc is not booting. I made sure i changed the hex value in emummc.ini. Here's a picture where to the left is the old SD and to the right is the new one.

I'm using atmosphère. I tested the capacity but not the speed.
Edit: I tested the speed. It's not fake.

I forgot to mention that what it looks like is a black screen after the atmosphère logo that replaces the Nintendo logo.
