Is there a way to get Homebrew on 3ds firmware 11.12.0-44 USA yet? I feel stupid for updating, only did it so I could use eShop to download Steel Diver to do the homebrew with that. Just updated today. New to modding 3ds...

Dude, the link you gave me says versions up to 11.11.0 or below. I just want to know if there is a way to get homebrew on 3ds with firmware 11.12.0-44 seeing how that is Nintendo's latest update for the 3ds. If there isn't, how long will it take?

Appreciate your help tho...

Good but next time I also recommend you to check youtube videos without performing it. You would learn a lot about the process and in return be less prone to fail.

Your sentence is unclear. Are you suggesting that people should look at Youtube videos? Because that is absolutely terrible advice. There are a lot of misleading, incomplete, and outdated videos on Youtube and the authors can't be bothered to fix them. A lot of the people who watch those videos end up coming here or to Reddit because whoever makes the Youtube videos can't offer support.

Unfortunately the Generation Z prefer to watch bad Youtube Tutorials rather than READING good Manuals.....

Of course, you shouldn't watch outdated videos but I thought that was common knowledge. Do you know that you can filter dates on Youtube?
Also, I told him to watch a video regarding this because it helps to visually see what is happening instead of reading on what should happen.

I told him to watch the video not to follow it. But it seems that reading is difficult for you.

Because you are to introverted to message a youtube doesn't mean that he doesn't reply. sthetix makes great cfw tutorial if you have any question he does reply, he has an up to date video too so I recommend watching him.

Again, I stated that he should watch the videos to get a better understanding on how the process goes. This helped me a lot, flashed cfw on my 3DS without any knowledge, just watched the video a lot of times and if I didn't understand a certain thing than I would google it.

If you saw some of the posts around here, you'd find that "common knowledge" can be in remarkably short supply.

But it seems that reading is difficult for you.
Is it difficult for you to admit that your English is not very good?

Good for him. There are many other "youtubes" who don't.

Well if people make mistakes then good, you learn from your mistakes.
Most of the time that people have problems is hardware failure and or missing a step in the guide (video or not).
I'm new to this scene, but I would be a jackass and deserve it if I would brick my device if I wouldn't do a little research before doing something.

Again about my English...
This is what I originally stated if you could read it again you could figure out what I was explaining that he should see how the process is done through a video without performing it. But you seem to rant about the danger of using a video tutorial to flash cfw on your 3ds... But ok my English is bad I guess, lol.

Oh and instead of saying "you're English is bad" which doesn't give me any information on what you didn't comprehend.

This guy was the first thing I found when I searched 3ds jailbreaking on youtube. I've watched other videos and the only problem is that they seemed outdated so if you had some common knowledge then you would search a tutorial for the most recent version and if not then you would learn from the mistake of using an outdated tutorial (unless you know what you're doing).

Screwing with your NAND shouldn't be a walk in the park anyways, this shit is not for 7 year olds.
