So I decided to make a thread where you can post images of your DS or DSi!

Here is mine:

The hinge is non functional and the DS flops down when I don't use a cup to stand it up. The power switch is also very sticky. And sometimes it is stuck completely when I leave it abandoned for a while.

@Extrasklep This picture reminds me of the DMG-001 Game Boy that survived a bomb and still works despite of being half burned. Geez that hurts. I would get a replacement shell for that.

I bought a broken DS but with a good shell so I can use the shell from it but it turned out to be fully working too

That's so cool! How did it survive after you took a bite of it?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

And here's a useless fact that is kinda related to the topic but it's about my games: I have only 3 games (I lost my other 30-something games), which are NEW Super Mario Bros, Hannah Montana Music Jam, and New International Track and Field by Konami.

Original: a best-of-3 custom assembled in 2010 one, has the new regulator with adjustable brightness, oldest DS I still have as well as the cheapest (parts were free from friends), most comfortable to hold

N3DS: was ultimately a good console but nowhere as memorable, I only really keep it for [the best release of] Xenoblade

Lite: a best-of-2 custom assembled in 2018, has a nicer screen than any other but I prefer the DSi for the real time brightness adjustment, mechanical buttons, and louder sound, lost another advantage a month ago since I got a GBA flashcard that's not a 3in1

DSi: my current DS bought in 2017, with Unlaunch directly autobooting an original R4 (though occasionally I do use it as a camera), still hate it as the first Nintendo product in the current trend of shitty battery life compared to 20 years older tech but it's not like I play outdoors these days

SP: for GBA games now that I have an ezflash omega, and of course for gamecube link; first console I asked for as a gift, was it 2004?

Japanese pink DSi (got it for like $2 on ebay), Twilight Menu++.
Triforce DSLite I picked up years ago when I was in highschool, DSTT.
High five for Lunar Knights and Jump Ultimate Stars, what are the other two games there? Also what's the D game on the DSi, is it Death Note?

The other two would be Jam with the Band and Knights in the Nightmare, a kinda complex tactical rpg.
About the game on the DSi, that's D.Gray-Man, it was Japanese exclusive not too long ago.
