Don't worry, the error is supposed to happen. I haven't done anything to fix it yet - the file you just uploaded should help me find out what's wrong.

EDIT: Wait, you're not using Lockpick_RCM - you're just using vanilla Lockpick. You must run the Lockpick_RCM payload through RCM. Vanilla Lockpick can't generate the needed keys.

Now its working. Damn Why did everything else worked so fine without the full set of keys

I gave them a completely different nxdumptool build.

I went ahead and tried the nxdumptool_20191112_t1.zip linked a few posts back and it fixed the issue. Thanks!

h i got this erroe "Error: invalid magic word for Program NCA section #0 PFS0 partition! Wrong KAEK?" i have firmware 10 on sysnand and 9.2 in emunand. Is that the problem?

Digging this one up... I am facing the same issue now (generateProgramInfoXML: invalid magic word for program action #0 PFS0 partition. Wrong KAEK (value°. Try running Lockpick_RCM to generate the keys file...

Prod.keys is in the switch folder.
Using the latest NXDumpTool (1.1.12) from github.
NSW running 10.2.0 fw
SX OS 3.0.5

I can still dump some games but a lot of them trigger this error.

Any idea?
