So recently I started to restore my old wii that i bricked years ago to play some nostalgic games again. I pretty much got everything working except for the mii channel. When I boot the mii channel, it shows a black screen and nothing else. I dont know what I did but i do remember changing some region options on anyregion changer before bricking it. I downloaded anyregion changer again to see what I changed and found out that I changed the country shop code, video mode, region, and language. I changed everything except the video mode because it keeps showing this error "UNEXPECTED ERROR: SYSCONFIG Value -1017". I think i also installed some ios to fix my system menu and stuff. Sorry that this paragraph is unorganized but I really want help. Thanks

Hello.:)

Did you try to re-install the Mii Channel with the Multi-Mod-Manager´s option "Manage Wii channels" ?
You need Internet connection on your Wii for this.

or

You can use @XFlak´s ModMii (Download Page 1/Channels) for getting the Mii Channel and re-install it with an WAD Manager Tool
(Wii Mod Lite or Multi Mod Manager).

Please be careful, installing a wrong WAD File or Channel can BRICK your Wii again !!!

Please check before you have PRIILOADER and/or BootMii (as boot2 if possible) installed.

Good Luck.
Thank you.:)

Thank you so much for the reply! Before I try these methods, I want to know if they will erase/delete my miis. I want to find a way to fix my mii channel and save my miis if possible. But again thanks for the response

Thanks (again)
