Is it though? Despite a sticky saying I can’t do anything and have to be patient, I was thrown words like iPatched, saw that my version could be injected payloads but did nothing, and other posts saying I could do nothing at all - as a newcomer that’s not exactly clear? First reply was an example of someone either dying to be a mod, or extremely lacking somewhere and feeling the need to take it out on strangers online to feel some sort of power and speciality

Seems silly to tell someone that it's okay to be rude online, when you're upset that they were rude to you... online. Same for telling them not to be offended when you got offended by them.

If you want to be pedantic then saying it's patched is vague, because you aren't saying what is patched and how.
Saying it's ipatched is more specific, but all switches have ipatches. Switches after June 2018 have ipatches that prevent fusee gelee from working.
I was questioning that you were "thrown", as far as I can see you were the first person who used the word ipatched in this thread.
What do you mean it "worked" and "couldn't do anything else?".
Injecting uses a bug in RCM, all the methods to inject will look like they are working up until the point where the payload is executed. If your switch has the ipatch that fixes fusee gelee then it will stop at that point.
I'm not angry. Why do you think retaliating works? What exactly are you even retaliating against?

As in my original post, in the other threads I read they were using the term iPatched, which my initial thought was some form of exploit meaning you can use a patched Switch.
Let’s remember here the majority of forum posts here are tailored to those who actually do this on the regular and know what it all means.
Of course retaliating works, have they been back with more shitty posts? No. If you let the big headed with too much to prove treat people shitty they always will, and a lot of the time it means stooping to their level
Anyway, thank you for explaining the iPatched situation, I did use the payload injector and it confirmed I could do so, but couldn’t go further as per what you said
