Guys,

My switch managed to boot yesterday after 2 days with the battery fully drained. I did a hard reset and charged it again. Today I got again stuck in the logo... Perhaps it is a battery issue? How can I check it?

Can you tell me where the logo is?

Right after the nintendo logo it appears the switch logo and it don't dissappear. That is what I call "stuck at logo"

Hi again guys, I've been busy with the university. Did you have fixed your switch or have discovered something these days?

Hi, in my case I did the following:

-Completely drained de battery
- Switched on the Nintendo switch
- Switch succeeded in booting
- Got 2143 error and back again to the same stuck-at-the-boot-logo problem :(
- Google about this 2143 error and apparently it was a problem with the wifi/by chip.
-Drained the battery again and when I switched on the Nintendo again I rush to the settings menu and put the Airplane mode (with no BT connection) on.
- Now my switch works fine but I can only use it in handheld or in the tv but with the pro controller using a USBc cable plugged to the dock.

Hope it helps!

How do you boot after draining battery? I mean, you disable autoRCM to boot OFW or do you boot hekate and then CFW or how? maybe I can do the same and at least use my switch

Hi Guys...

Anyone able to get their Switch fixed?

I have an update, after many searches I ordered a BCM4356 bluetooth/wifi chip from China which took about 4 weeks to arrive, I then sent it off to a micro soldering repair place, they replaced the chip for me...

Well, still the same problem as the switch is still stuck at the logo. However, it seems to act a bit different, when I press and hold the power button down, the switch actually reboots and shows the "nintendo" logo and then sticks at the switch logo before powering off. Before when I pressed and held the power button, the switch logo remained on the screen before powering off, don't know if this makes any difference?

Also tried a recovery mode/factory reset with the power, volume up and down etc - no joy!

Anyone have any ideas on what I can try now? could this be a software issue?

I am now going to try and flash it once more with an android image to see what the bluetooth and wifi does...

Will keep you posted.

Update....

Ok guys, I sent my switch to a repair place to get the P13USB chip replaced, that didn't fix the issue, they also replaced a few more parts (not sure what they replaced) I also mentioned to the repair place that it could be the M92t36 chip so assuming they replaced that as well. Still didn't work so they are sending the switch back to me! :-(

I asked them (the technician) at the repair place if this could be a software issue and they said it is quite possible!

So my question is, as this sounds more like a software issue how can I fix this or is it completely bricked?

I was able to upload the Hekate payload and check my fuse count, I have 11 fuses burnt but no way to tell what version of software is on there currently as I bought this off of eBay. Is there a way to tell me which software version is on there?

Or, should I just flash the switch with version 9.0.1 using choidujour or is there any other method please?

Any help would be very grateful!!

Thanks....

Hello Everyone.

I got the same problem, this happen to me when my switch was in a original dock in standby mode, When i lifted the switch en putted it back in the dock to start, it was automatic restarted to the hekade menu.
Then i turned it back on either the OFW or CFW didnt go past the switch logo.

I tried everyting with the software part nothing helps.
Now i was looking on the hardware part and did some research on the capacitors.
I found 3 shorted ones next to the max77621 chip but didnt trace the routes yet, i think they are going to the max77621 chip.

Found the chip on aliexp, i can update this later when the chip arrived.
Sorry for my english.

Will keep this updated.

I have a switch with this exact same problem. The wifi module has stopped working and due to that the switch no longer boots.
Same as other people I can get it to boot if the battery is completely drained but then if its put to sleep or switched off it wont boot again until the battery is fully discharged.

A fix for this common problem would be nice. I'm wondering if anyone has managed to mod the OS to ignore the BT and Wifi modules during boot? That way atleast wired controllers would work and the console can still boot.
