ahh okay. I would download the most stable build from wii flow lite, here version 5.2.0v Make sure you replace the apps/wiiflow folder completely, and reinstall all files that are necessary, and delete all unnecessary files. From there, I would also go into your wii data management, go to your saves, and delete the wii flow saves file. Try to boot wii flow
@neography you will find it somewhere here

USB1. Yeah, I already install cios. Anyway Wiiflow 4 and UsbLoaderGx were running perfectly. After I install wiiflow lite the crashes starting.

"USB1" is just the label WiiFlow gives the first hard drive it detects. Is the usb drive plugged into the port on the back closest to the edge of the console? Because it should be. That usb port is "port 0", the port towards the center of the Wii is "port 1". You should be using port 0.

Im confused. Are you trying to launch a CD in the cd drive or are trying to boot a game you have installed on a usb hard drive?

So forcing the CIOS didn't work, I've tried CIOS 248, 249 and 250. Any other ideas?
so have you seen the player.dol video that plays the first time you run the game?
if you haven't then you need to find a way to watch that video. 1. if you have the actual game disc you could run the game via the actual disc. 2. if no disc then you will have to put the game on USB HDD and use usb loader gx - run usb loader gx and select the game and go into game options or settings and find alt. dol and set it to player.dol and run the game. it will show a video to watch all the way through so that it will be set in your wii's memory that you saw it. now you can move the game back to SD and use wiiflow to boot it. Also do not use emunand for gamesaves of this game - it doesn't work.

Yeah I have. The video shouldn't be an issue because I have 3 save files on the wii and I used to launch it via GX when I had the possibility of doing so, at the moment I have no access to an external HDD.

then i'm clueless. the flag that you saw the video is set in sysconfig. if you ever restored your nand or your on a new console it won't be set. using a save file doesn't matter.

maybe you can launch it via config loader to see the video. that is if config loader will boot wii games on SD.

or maybe the game just doesn't work on SD.

Yeah it doesn't boots on CFG either.

and Yeah I had EMUNAND but that was way way after I played SS.

I can confirm that Zelda SS (PAL) works via sd front slot on a standard wii

good zelda ss dump?
re-load wii flow cache?
as Fledge68 said do not use emunand save game emulation - settings -> nand emulation settings -> saves nand emulation = off? (also check individual game settings)
force load cIOS to ON, in the start up settings? [I see you confirmed this already]
sd card in front slot, i.e. not via usb adaptor?
wii or wii u ?

Straight from my copy.

Leads to a black screen.

They are off.

@Duncan Idaho , could you please provide a Syscheck for us? I'm curious to see exactly what your cIOS setup is forcing in WiiFlow Lite.

Also, is Skyward Sword the only game you're having this black screen issue with?
