Hey guys, been a long time member, and just picked back up into the WiiWorld after a 10+ year gap, and sooooo I posted my SysCheck below,...
I got over 400 titles on my on a Fat32 active partition (1.75Tb) of a 2tb USB hard drive, the other partition is Fat32 as well but not used for anything other than file storage. They all load just fine in WiiFlow, I got 4 different EmuNands (NES, SNES, N64, and WiiWare) that load perfectly. A majority of the Wii titles I haven't loaded or tested but TMNT : Smash Up gives me the black error screen prompting to eject disc and power down the Wii. And it does this with every configuration I've tried. Can you look this over and tell me any irregularities you see or anything that might help?

thanks in advvance!

Hello.:)

Thank you for your sysCheck,it looks good.

A little "Adjustment" for better Game compatibility with the USBLoader:

Please change

IOS249[56] (rev 65535, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250[57] (rev 65535, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0

to

IOS249[56] (rev 21008, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250[57] (rev 21008, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
(You can use the d2xcIOS Installer for this):)

Quote from the
Wii cIOS EmuNAND Compatibility List

cIOS d2x v10

d2x v10-alt (r53) is said to have less compatibility with EmuNAND than v10 (r52).

The v10-alt compatibility issue seems to be a general HDD compatibility (HDD not working at all if using v10-alt r53) and not a per-game compatibility issue. If one game works with r53 then all your games should work with r53 too, but the v10-alt column is still separated in case you encounter compatibility differences. It's still recommended to install r52 and limit your USB port use to Port 0 instead of installing r53.

If you are on a wii, maybe v10 will take you back to the loader while v10-alt works fine.

You can also try the Game on the Wii´s real NAND to see the ISO is ok.
Please check it with an MD5 / CRC-32 Tool:
http://esrg.sourceforge.net/utils_win_up/md5sum/

and please compare the Result:
https://www.gametdb.com/Wii/R2TE41

Please check also of both your USBLoaders are on the latest Version.

I have tried (on the Wii´s NAND) the US Version on USBLoader GX v3.0 r1272 and WiFlow v5.2.0 and also with Configurable USBLoader v70 r78.11
The Game works on all USBLoaders without any change of the Settings.

thank you bud, I looked into rev 21008, but had not made that change yet.

All my EmuNands work brilliantly as of right now, even the cheat codes load and saves are working flawlessly.

The only thing I'm not doing is worrying with other old emulation systems, I'm only concerned with what I can get and run from Nintendo so,..
Having a nand backup for each system separately is the greatest thing ever. i dont have to worry with emulation software like snes9xgx, or FCEUGX... I just change the nand path in WiiFlow, it reloads the cache, and my games are there.

NES, SNES, N64, and WiiWare .... each nand has all the titles that were at one time vailable in the Wii Shop Channel

I made this little video for a friend to kinda show him what I'm working with. Changed the music in the WiiFlow Channel, and of course there's quite a few mp3's in my music folder, lol

Ok so, my installer only shows rev 21008 on d2x-v8-final

and d2x-v10beta52 only allows me to select rev 21010

do I go with 21010?

Thoughts?? lol

Yes of course it is ok too.:)
That was my mistake,excuse me please.You can stay on 65535 for d2x v10beta52 too if you like.
I only use the d2x-v8 Version and "forget" about this.:shy:

Thank you.:)

Do you think if I go back to d2x-v8-final TMNT might load??

I mean, you obviously got it to play,... Can you post your SysCheck possibly? That way I can print it off, mirror it, and maybe create another nand for testing

OR, lol you think maybe you might could upload your nand backup somewhere and I could get it?? (that may be asking too much, lol)

Hello,

@ biggzsizzle:

recover a backup nand of some wii, then reinject it into another, I'm not sure that it works (risk of brick).

each wii has these own cios and ios (maybe I'm wrong).

See with other members.

You can change the cios as you want and as many times as necessary for the wii to work properly.

the cios most often use for the wii are these two versions:

cios d2x version 8 final or cios d2 version 10 beta 52.

I own this version of cios d2x =

cios d2x version 8 final, on the following cios:
249 ==> 56 final version 8
250 ==> 57 final version 8
251 ==> 58 final version 8

and everything works fine.

With Modmii, he installs versions like this:

249 ==> 57 final version 8
250 ==> 56 version 8 final
251 ==> 58 final version 8

or
249 ==> 57 version 10 beta 52
250 ==> 56 version 10 beta 52
251 ==> 58 version 10 beta 52
And it works just as well.

A nand backup can be edited with certain files from my own backup and be loaded in WiiFlow (if I'm not mistaken)

But I'll try these both ways and see how it goes, I loaded v8-final into 249 and 250 and NOW, games that did work, don't,...so it's just trial and error, otherwise I'll be searching a guide to revirginize my Wii lol

If ANYBODY can load and play TMNT : Smash Up NTSC-U (wbfs version) let me know, and post what d2x configuration you use.

Thanks in advance

Hello, I'm having trouble loading my Wii games. I already did the process of using Wii backup manager and everything. Once I load a wii game on USBLoader GX it gives me a black screen and I have to turn the Wii off. This only happens with my Wii games and my GameCube games work perfectly fine. The two Wii games I try to load are Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing and Donkey Kong Country Returns . Here is my SysCheck...

Thank you.:)

You can use the d2x cIOs Installer.You can get it with ModMii.
With that Tool you can easy change the cIOSes.Please Note you need an Internet Connection on your Wii.

or

You can use your sysCheck.csv File from your Wii´s SD Card and use it with ModMii to get the needed Files and install it with an WAD Manager like
Mulit Mod Manager or WiiMod Lite (you can get them also with ModMii).

If you do not have ModMii installed,please feel free to download and install it from here:

I don't believe I have the priiloader installed, I have to install ModMii on my Wii right?
Thank you.:)

Then please make a Update with your sysCheck then.

- Install modMii
- Drag and Drop your sysCheck.csv on the "ModMii" Shortcut on your Desktop.
- Download the suggested Files and your personal generated Guide.
- Please follow exact the Steps to get the Apps on the SD Card and how to install the WAD Files (includes cIOSes).

If you have any Questions or you feel unsure please feel free to ask.:)

Good Luck
Thank you.:)

I already have the wads on my computer
cIOS249[56]-d2x-v8-final.wad
cIOS250[56]-d2x-v8-final.wad
Do I go unto multi mod manager and install the wads? Or do I change it to cIOS249[57] and cIOS250[56]?

I already went to Multi Mod Manager and I clicked on my wads folder and I selected both wads to be installed and it says [#] Final Status - 2 did not complete. Ticket (-2011) I've also tried to install channel forwarders and it says the same thing.
