Team-Xecuter Solution coming soon for latest Switch models

It seems that TX has found a way to modify the latest Switch consoles, including the newly released Lite
SXMOD.png

Since the new 'red box' Mariko units appeared, people have been asking when will it be possible to run CFW on it, well today MaxConsole was in touch with trusted TX reseller, that been given some advance news on a new solution that is coming soon, and that it infact works on all new Switch models, not just the 'patched' ones, but even the 'mariko', and 'lite' models as well, see below what they mentioned:
TX has recently taken the time to demonstrate to us some of their Work-In-Progress. Notably for 'patched' and 'mariko' units which is very advanced, and works flawlessly. We were not given a firm date or prices yet, but knowing TX we know the price will be very reasonable. We also saw early beta for Switch Lite console as well.
So that above is great news, and we will have more in the coming weeks, as we have requested to get an early sample from the trusted TX reseller, so that we can share more info with our loyal readers, on how TX's new solution works and what is involved and pics of course!

Most people do it for fun. But some people like Team Gateway3DS, Team CobraODE, Team Xecuter etc. does it for profit. (Even if they're the same team but I digress. DNS lookups is your friend if you wanna check yourself). On the Android side it's been some that take payment for it. But they are long gone forgotten now days thanks to users such as the people behind Magisk.
It's been proven they stolen code from Atmosphere, it's no secret behind it. That's why I (that own a SX license) dislike the practice they do. It's just plain bad for a company to claim it's theirs when it's not. If SX just release the source code and sold the XCI loader and those as a module, I would be more than happy for it.

And yes a new exploit whom ever finds is great. Since it opens yet another door to our small little switches.

It cant be stolen because its
Digital
Public and open source

How can you "steal" something digital, public and open source??

Thats what open source its all about; taking code and doing whatever you want, improve it, modify it, etc.

You dislike them for that?? What a poor reason to dislike someone / something, you should then dislike plenty of companies, and products. Many advancements and products come from copying / "stealing" someone else to make something better.

Well, selling GPLv3 project without credits is illegal and thus we call it stolen.
But ok then. It's not stolen, it is just illegally used and distributed.

Actually yes, you can claim it's stolen since it's breaking the GPL license it's under. TX isn't full filling the barging using the opensource code. In laymen term, it's theft. It's more of a copyright crime to be perfectly honest. Open source is about taking code and SHARE IT most of the time. This is what the GPL is all about. It's not "public" as in public domain. It's public as in a open license.
A case was up about the GPL v2 but for some magic reason it was settled out of court - https://www.globalpatentfiling.com/...on-open-source-software-versata-software-case

There's nothing public or open about what TX are doing with open source software. If you think its a great thing to use open source you should be willing to admit to it, even if its violating licenses its so far from getting them in any more legal trouble than they already are with Nintendo.

I don't have much issue with people buying or using TX product, its the blind trust of their worthless words and leaping to the defense of that. Some stuff they say is true, some of it is lies about brick code, the video about running an "ipatched" switch, the constant excuses about their updates being behind atmosphere, stealth mode breaking in the UK because of a government ISP ban, oh and deleting complaints from registered customers and banning them, which sends them to this site instead. The only thing you can believe from them is what you have of theirs in your own hands.

It's a distraction. One you start talking about the legality of a modchip. TX biggest crime is copy and pasting free code and selling it. Or selling a thing that rips off Nintendo? I'm not the first to point this out.

I think it's afair assumption to make that no one wants to pay for tx knowing that it could be free but oh well.

As for news and stuff gbatemp still doesn't allow direct links anymore to the tx site. But all this crazy nonsense? What's up guys last i checked everything was cool

I don't believe in anything or anyone without any proof is only a rumour.

So you don't believe the people who say TX are lying?

Half the reason people pay for SX OS over Atmosphere is to do less work, not more. Gonna be a lot more than SX haters crying.

If the choice is SX with soldering and not being able to run Atmosphere at all, then I think people will cope with the soldering.
I'm sure that if TX do come out with a solder only solution then someone will try their hardest to reverse engineer and steal it for Atmosphere.

Very much doubt it. False advertise, build hype, sell old stock and then do a golden runner. Lets face it, TX is not the same TX team from the original Xbox days.

Except saying that they will soon have support for new consoles won't help sell their old stock. Instead of trying to track down an old switch, people will buy a new switch and wait. If you're right and that new exploit never comes, then TX have talked themselves out of a sale. If it requires soldering and people aren't prepared to do it, then they also lost a sale.

It's kinda interesting hearing everyones conspiracy theories. None of them prove or disprove what TX do or don't have. Interesting times ahead anyway.

TX has confirmed on their forums that it is real. I can't post URLs (too much of a lurker), but hopefully you'll be able to figure out the below:

A forum staff member is hardly a TX dev.
More like a volunteer

There're still NO proofs. Just [cheap] talking.
Exactly. I could care less if its true or not later on. Its just ridiculous that this was news in the first place with NO VIDEO or documentation of what it is.. No one would be bitching on either side if they just uploaded a damn video of it being used and running on a switch lite. No amount of admins or "trusted resellers" will get me to believe this with just "I saw it! So its true! You just have to believe me!"
If its true, then woohoo! New hacks! But if its false then I hope the people claiming it is true sink in their chairs of embarrassment.
No amount of "DUR DURRR YOURE SALTY" replys will change my mind
