I don't care if they deliver. I care about their practices. That's why I switched.
And yes. At the end they delivered (and their usb support is probably the best feature they have) with major fuck ups during the way.

Points for piracy:
+ Test out games (before you buy them), especially if there is no demo and you are unsure if you get enough enjoyment from the game (I do this from time to time on PC).
+ Circumvent Region Locks / Censorship (my Main reason for piracy / hacking in general).
+ Play "trash games" that you would have never bought anyway.

Points against piracy:
- The developers don't get any money, which is especially bad for smaller studios.
- If the genre is a "niche" genre with a small playerbase (Shmups, Rhythm Games, Pinball games and so on) there is the possibility that the genre won't be supported on the system anymore because of "low sales". Unlikely, but possible.
- It is illegal to pirate games.

I buy a surprising amount of games. But I'm thankful that some games I tried before I bought because man they either sucked or wasn't for me.

You can't really draw any conclusion. They might want to deliver, they might even believe they can deliver. Only time will tell if they actually deliver because you don't always get everything you want.
