Homebrew How many DSiWare can be installed with HiyaCFW?

When I installed about 10 DSiWares, the HiyaCFW can't be boot, When I delete some one, the HiyaCFW can be boot again. I have 2GB space in my SDCard, but I can only use about 200M space to install DSiWares. If I want to installed more DSiWares, how can I do?

You can either hex edit them so that they are system apps and don't count towards the block limit or use DSiMenu++ instead of the DSi menu. You're running into the DSi's built-in 200 block (25mb) DSiWare limit.

My NDSi is a Japanese one, but DSiMenu++ can't support the Japanese characters, so I can't use it.
I have written a nodejs script to change the DSiWare to be a system app just now. Thank you!

How do I use the Tool anyways, or how do I hex edit the dsiware to make it a system app? Does it edit Offset 234, if so what does it change it to?

Hey, it's open source...

The highlighted part is the one you're interested in:
"If the titleID-high is "00030004" (for DSi, regular DSiware) change it to "00030015" (for DSi, "important" system app)"

It just automates the editing for you

Unfortunatly, the application doesn't work for me, so I'll go the manual way. Which HeX values must be edited? I can't figure it out.

Use a hex editor and edit the value that has a red square around it. Change that value to 05 or 15. Then, save the file.

Wait... is it possible then to use this and bypass the 40 dsiware limit? Was hoping to get forwarders for all my DS games.

Nope. You have to download TWiLightMenu++ when the limit has been passed.

No, there are 2 limits: the size limit and the 40 DSiWare limit. Only TWLMenu++ (which I mentioned above, it used to be called DSiMenu++) can bypass that limit. The limit is only 40 because Nintendo knew there wasn't enough space to even get there in the first place, so there's no way you could overflow it with more DSiWare games.
