Any help installing this? I'm on a japanese 3ds on 11.10.0 and Luma 10.0.1 and I'm a bit confused. When I replaced my boot.firm file I was getting an error "Failed to apply 1 FIRM patch" and had to replace it back.

I heard that I didnt really need to update Luma to 10.0.1 and that 9.1 would still work with 11.10.0. I have Luma updater and its backup is 9.1, can I do that instead of Fastboot?"Note: the pm reimplementation currently breaks NTR CFW to some extent (in particular game plugins). Luma v10 does not support NTR anymore. Best to keep an old v9.1 build payload around. I would recommend switching to Fastboot to make managing multiple boot.firms easier.
Whats different about this? You link back to this very thread where it mentions getting the luma which runs this? Its seems like a runaround for absolutely nothing.Hi, if you're using this and don't get why it isn't working, the attached Luma version does not support System Menu 11.8 and above. Instructions with a more up-to-date version of Luma are here: https://github.com/SNBeast/CTRPF-AR-CHEAT-CODES

Will this same setup work with the new firmware 11.12?So to clear a few things up:
1. The OP Luma build will not work on the current highest firmware version is it is only 9.0. Do NOT use this boot.firm from the OP.
2. that has the best backwards compatibility for all old .plg plugins.
3. This works with some old .plg plugins but not all. Given the more limited plugin support and the fact that the OP has created a new framework since: this build should be considered deprecated. Use BootNTR instead, it has much better coverage.
4. Nanquitas, the OP and creator of everything NTR related (by the looks of it) made a new framework for .3gx plugins.works exclusively with .3gx plugins.
5. There are not many .3gx plugins around but latestuses this new .3gx framework and therefore needs the above Luma build.
6. Nanquitas also created a that has a hex editor, AR cheats and New 3DS button support (C-Stick, ZR). This can be used for any game (rename & place at sd:/luma/plugins/default.3gx) and this is much better than any old AR .plg plugin.
7. All hail Nanquitas!
8. I have compiled a custom Luma 9.1 build that merges Nanquitas' .3gx plugin loader with Sono's CTR_Redshift, plus a few minor tweaks for personal use. You can find it in my sig and I aim to keep it up-to-date with any main Luma changes, Nanquitas .3gx plugin loader changes and potentially basic new feature suggestions.
Disclaimer: I've not yet personally updated to the (at time of post) most recent firmware 11.12 and Luma 10.0.1.Will this same setup work with the new firmware 11.12?
Could you elaborate on this part?it says wrong from 1 shutting down
Can you take an screenshot? I still don't know what you are talking about.I replaced my boot.frm with the one that came with the one that came inside the/that Lumna zip
I put it on the root of my SD card, when I started my 3ds back up I got a message in red
Wrong file 1 from
Shutting down ( something like that)
I tried twice to get it to start but it didn't work.
I had a boot.frm file backed up so I just replaced it
I have Lumna 9.0 n3ds
My cheats go in SD> <title ID>. txt
My plugins go in SD.>plugins>title ID >cheat.plg
Lumna doesn't have a <enable> plugin
:-? Did I miss something. Am I doing something wrong
you said there's a version with New 3DS button support (C-Stick, ZR)? I cant find it anywhereDisclaimer: I've not yet personally updated to the (at time of post) most recent firmware 11.12 and Luma 10.0.1.
However, from reading around, I believe @PabloMK7 has you covered with following:
1. Latest BootNTR Selector for .plg plugin support.
2. This Luma 10.0.1 fork for .3gx plugin support.
There is a v2.0.0?? Does it fixed the new 3ds buttons?using CTRPF 2.0.0
when I search a value, I can't touch on reset more than one time, the reset button disappears...
is that a bug with this version?

Hey, I tried the 3gx plugin and the N3ds buttons still not working, did it work for you?So to clear a few things up:
1. The OP Luma build will not work on the current highest firmware version is it is only 9.0. Do NOT use this boot.firm from the OP.
2. BootNTR is a standalone CIA that has the best backwards compatibility for all old .plg plugins.
3. Badda recompiled the OP Luma build to include 9.1. This works with some old .plg plugins but not all. Given the more limited plugin support and the fact that the OP has created a new framework since: this build should be considered deprecated. Use BootNTR instead, it has much better coverage.
4. Nanquitas, the OP and creator of everything NTR related (by the looks of it) made a new framework for .3gx plugins. This 9.1 Luma build works exclusively with .3gx plugins.
5. There are not many .3gx plugins around but latest Mario Kart 7 - Custom Track Grand Prix 7 (CTGP-7) uses this new .3gx framework and therefore needs the above Luma build.
6. Nanquitas also created a "blank" .3gx plugin that has a hex editor, AR cheats and New 3DS button support (C-Stick, ZR). This can be used for any game (rename & place at sd:/luma/plugins/default.3gx) and this is much better than any old AR .plg plugin.
7. All hail Nanquitas!
