btw they auto-upload only when you put it in standby mode (orange light), they wont auto upload while in use or when totally shutdown (since i always shut it down completely, i need to think to put it in standby once in a while so it upload my saves)

and i think thats its the ps4 itself that have a problem, with a corrupted system or faulty drive you should at least be able to put it into safe mode

Maybe it's just a coincident and by restarting the console it gave and internal hardware error on startup (blinking Blue light) .he's still got warranty ,i would just return it

I'm going to return it or give it to repair to the service, but i'm really disappointed that console got broken in less than a full year...

Maybe a stupid thing but did you try connecting the controller with the cable before startup

Heard that BLOD is mostly unfixable. As far as I saw, it could be fixed with heating but it's not that easy and most likely it will be short term, so they should offer me new one. Which is really unlikely i guess

I hope they would cover this even if it was out of warranty. Since it is literally Sony's fault this happened. But I highly doubt it, cause companies never take blame unless they get the crap sued out of them first and are forced to own up to it sadly.

Update to my bricked PS4, I got new one from the service. Anyway is it possible that it might got broken because I always kept it in safe mode and not fully turned on? Do you guys always turn off your console completely?

Since I got new PS4, I've noticed that fan stays on when the console is in rest mode. Is that normal? Last PS I had for over 10 months never noticed it, but this one I noticed in few days of having it. Is this alright?

No that’s not right, unless it’s under heavy load (downloading a huge game) while in rest, that doesn’t sound good. Perhaps you need to have it in a better ventilated position?

I keep it in same position as old one. Fan is really, really quiet but I still noticed it's working. Might it be because I connected my PS vita for remote play? I remember Ps3 couldn't trun off completely while enabled connection to vita.
