The "Screen Width" adjustment is really useful for me, because I can use it to get rid of the black overscan bars most GameCube games have.
The problem is, when using USB Loader GX as a frontend for Nintendont, it completely ignores this adjustment, so I have to launch games through Nintendont itself instead if I want to play without black bars.
Is there any way of changing this?

UPDATE: Turns out I just answered my own question by messing around with USB Loader GX's settings, the "Video Scale" option does what I need.

just an update here too I guess, hopefully soon I'll be able to get out some new BBA beta, though it probably will take me many days to get to some actually reasonable point, I worked on PSO for a while now and finally made some big progress today after lots of documentation and emulation of various functions!

Thank you as always for keeping the Nintendont train chugging along :P BBA is kinda the final frontier when it comes to Nintendont on Wii/WiiU. :) Most other stuff has been done by now :)

I think I asked this before but forgot the reason, but is it possible to force increase the resolution on GC games with Nintendont on WiiU? there was some limiting factor but I'm sure but I can't remember :P

Just one of the final touches on the cake, at last... BBA Support!

it's been so long since i visited this forum and i'm glad after all these years, Nintendont is still going strong.

@FIX94 i have to ask and this will probably never happen... are there any possible plans in the future to add LAN support for triforce arcade?

very unlikely indeed, crediar some years back made a nintendont triforce branch that had network stuff described but that seems to be long gone, maybe if somebody cloned it and still has a copy around I can look at that at some much later time, I probably wont look at that right away, this at the moment is difficult enough.
Anyways some update to the whole PSO thing, yesterday the last issues were worked out and I was able to play with a streamer no problem, guess if you want to watch that its still a twitch archive on his channel, see at around the 02:47:00 mark:

I've seen people commenting that it is possible to use PS3 and PS4 control on Nintendont, is it possible to use Switch Pro Controller as well as Hidtovpad?, If so, how do I use it?

PS: BBA Emulation also works on Wii U?, I saw people commenting on Reddit but I still can't test, I replaced boot.dol in Nintendont folder but the option didn't show up on my Wii U.

Is it possible yet to play ssx tricky with a non native controller and not have certain button combos reset the console? There are certain moves in ssx that need to be held down for seconds at a time. Would be nice for injected game pad mode. Even if I had to get up and press the reset button manually still.

This seriously blows my mind.
Just skipping through the video and I'm really surprised how it seems smooth after the crashes got fixed live in that stream.

I remember a few years ago everyone said that was going to be impossible, yet you've proven the impossible possible once more!
We really appreciate your dedication Fix!

So glad to see this project alive and kicking. I do have a small request, is there any fix in sight for the stick drift issue using the Smash Ultimate GC pads? I remember reading something about offsets not being calibrated properly on the issue tracker. Both sticks tend to drift a bit.

Well, I finally merged the beta bba emulation changes into mainline nintendont, I hope everyone is ready to test if everything non-bba related still works and is ready to of course also test bba emulation itself. I did also write up a readme file about it:
https://github.com/FIX94/Nintendont/blob/master/BBA_Readme.md
also if you want to see me hastily go through each title showing it works I made a video just going through each title relatively quickly:

The options available from Nintendont menu can also be set directly from an USBLoader's interface.

If you launch Nintendont from The Homebrew Channel you can access the Setting by pressing the B button before launching a game.
The selected options will be saved and restored on your next launch, but only one setting file is used and will replace your current settings.
If you want to memorize different settings per game you need to use an USBLoader as user interface.

*Will probably detail settings here later*

Hello.:)

Thank you for this great and awesome new Feature on the latest Version 6.487.

As a "normal" Nintendont User I usually launch Gamecube Games from within the USBLoader GX (v3.0 r1272).
All I needed to set was the Cheats if necessary. All works fine.:yay:

Yesterday I would try the BBA Emulation and now I have a little Challenge.

With USBLoader GX I do not have the LAN Option. Not in the Global Nintendont Settings neither in the Ingame Settings of a Gamecube Game like Mario Kart Double Dash and of course not in the Game itself.:(

If I start Nintendont from the Homebrew Channel and activate and save the BBA Option all is fine.
When I get back to USBLoader GX there is still no BBA/LAN Option.

Is there a change to get it also to work with USBLoader GX please ?

Thank you for your help and any advices.:)

If this Question is better ask in the USBLoader Thread, then please feel fre to move it or I will ask also there if this is ok please.:)
