You have to replace the one in the sd card directory with the one the website give you, that is the modified one.

oh ok...i am struggling with what is the most recent save because all of the files have the same date and there are these folders which are labeled 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

You need to remember which one you took it from, and where to put it back, 1-5 is for the regular mode, 6-7 is for master mode.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening save game- story completed and almost picked up 99% items. I`m left to catch the big blue fish to get the final seashell and left two hearts to be 100%.
