Hacking Emummc And Sysnand Help noob

Hello, I create this discussion to better understand this thing.
Starting from the beginning I have a SWITCH already modded through chojodorunx I installed the last fw.
I backed it up as soon as I bought it via hekate (fw 4.1 if I'm not mistaken) so I should have the backup clean.
in these days I have tried to better understand what this division was for if it can be called of nand.
Today, following some online videos, I tried to create this emummc with hekate.
When I click on launch I find myself two options one the cfw emummc and the other stock sysnand, I started to see what changed both things, of course I incognito installed previously. When I try however in stock to go even in the eshop, I get an error.
Ah and I have the autorcm active.

Did I want to know if I did any damage by starting the stock option?

All this I did because I would like to play online with the original cartridges without risking the ban.

Is anyone willing to take these doubts away from me and explain to me how it all works? thanks a lot

i did something similar to that a while back, and think that my experience might help you a little
I started using CFW as soon an it got support to FW 4.1, since we didnt had a emunand backthen my sysnand was as dirty as it could be, but i have made a bkp when it was clean.
when smash cameout i bought SXOS, created a emunand, restored the sysnand with its clean bpk and subscribed to the switch online.
Until today i'm using the sysnand to play online games (some from cartriges others from the eshop) and using the emunand to play bkps.

now back to your case:
since you were using incognito you shouldnt have any problem, the error message on stock should be caused by incognito. Since it's totally possible to access the eshop from the CFW (not safe, but...)

i recommend you to restore the sysnand to the clean state, just to be on the safe side, boot the ofw then try to browse the eshop again, it should work fine.
only do dirty stuff on your emunand and you will be as safe as you can. (obiviously, the safer way is to have 2 switches but that is another thing)

to proceed with the restore of the backup, is there a guide?
then to do the emu I always have to use hekate without first starting any cfw right?
